SOLAR POWER?

Where can we get assistance environment up solar energy for my shop. Electric Co wants 1900.00 to bond to grid. Can we get assistance in removing solar panels as well as associated element to go solar rsther than than connnecting to grid. Would similar to to do which though we can not means it!!
