at propagandize im creation a flare that is finished though right away i need to have it run on solar power. It needs a solar panel, rechargable battery, as well as LED tuber though i dont no wat sort or voltage etc..do i need resistors as well as if i do wat type? as well as additionally wat sort of electric wires do i need to use
